Free Playing – With No Pulse

Sometimes the best thing you can do behind your instrument is just play. Free playing time can allow you to momentarily forget all the structured things you’ve learned and see what feels good to play in that moment. It’s about pure expression and exploration – like going for a walk deep in the woods and shouting at a tree for no reason (or hugging it?). This video is me doing just that, and you should do the same – often.
